There is no worse anti-motivator than yourself. Self can be the greatest enemy. Self can hinder progress. That’s when you can turn to your truest friends and family. They will help you to rediscover your motivation, to overcome your greatest enemy, to help you progress. Your true friends, family, and your heavenly father will never abandon you.
Here’s to them.

5/25 Heart’s Weigh-in: Immeasurable :)
Why spend the time to schedule out exercise and diet? You will find that the results will totally be worth it. You’ll end up with a metabolism like never before and you’ll be in the best shape of your life. 30 minutes of exercise 3 days a week can go a long way, trust me. And just like it is in all aspects of our life, let nothing get in the way of your very own personal success. Cherish the personal victories and rebound from defeats. You can do it, and I know this.
5/27 Weigh-in: 196 lbs (Thank you, metabolism of mine!)
Ever weight yourself the next day after what you thought was a great workout out, only to find that you haven’t lost any weight or you’ve even GAINED weight (forgive the trailing sentence there)? I think this happens to everyone who follows a fitness routine. Don’t beat yourself up over it. As long as you knwo that you’re doing what’s beneficial for your body, that’s all that matters. If you know that the steps you’re taking are making you feel better physically and mentally, then stay on that positivity. That way, when it’s time for your next workout, you’ll be able to push harder. Keep working towards that goal of a more fit you and don’t let certain perceptions stop you. Stay healthy my friends.

Keep pushing forward. Silence that voice in your head that’s saying “I can’t do this”. Yes you can. You CAN. As long as it’s something beneficial for you (physical, mental, and MOST IMPORTANTLY SPIRITUALLY), YOU CAN DO IT.
You got this. Handle yours and don’t let anyone with their doubts, disses, and negative talk stop you.

“HERE I AM! ROCK ME LIKE A HURRICANE!!!”
That’s how I always feel like, pre-workout. I clear my mind and attempt to make myself unstoppable. No matter how hard it gets, I push through as hard as I can each and every time. That’s how you have to do it sometimes, no matter you may be facing. No matter what hardship gets up in your face, you have to fight hard with all your might. When you succeed in the end, the taste of victory is like no other.
